Return of goods

  • The color, shape, or other parameters of the products seen on the website may not correspond to the actual size, shape, and color of the products due to the characteristics of the monitor used. 
  • You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase/receipt.
  • Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your shipment .
  • The money is returned to the bank account or debit card from which the payment was made.

Requirements for returned goods:

  • The product must have a label.
  • The product cannot be damaged.
  • The appearance of the product must be substantially unchanged.
  • The product is packed in suitable packaging to protect it from damage during transportation.
  • When returning an item, it is necessary to provide a proof of purchase and a completed return form.
  • The customer pays the costs of returning the goods .
