Returning the goods
• The goods displayed on the website in color, shape or other parameters may not correspond to the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used.
• You can return goods that you do not like within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase/receipt.
• The money will be returned to you within 7 working days after we receive your shipment.
• The money is returned to the bank account or debit card from which the payment was made.
Requirements for returned goods:
• The product must be labeled;
• The product cannot be damaged;
• The appearance of the product must be substantially unchanged;
• The product is packed in suitable packaging to protect it from damage during transport.
• When returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document and the completed refund form.
• The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.
