The bracelet is stretchy. The stone is not natural turquoise, but dyedmagnesite or“howlite” ( a natural mineral whose full name is calcium borosilicate hydroxide). Bright, even “spiderweb”-like veins are visible – they are regular and contrasting, which is typical of dyed “howlite” or magnesite.
